Eine Aufgabe mit Sinn. Ein erfahrenes Team. Moderne Mammadiagnostik. Für unseren Standort in Darmstadt suchen wir Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) mit Röntgenschein, die unser erfahrenes Mammographie-Team verstärken möchten. Mammographie ist mehr als eine Untersuchung. Für viele Patientinnen ist der Termin mit Unsicherheit oder Anspannung verbunden. Umso wichtiger sind Menschen, die fachlich sicher arbeiten, Ruhe vermitteln und dafür sorgen, dass sich Patientinnen gut aufgehoben fühlen. Bei uns arbeitest Du in einem Bereich, in dem Deine Arbeit unmittelbar etwas bewirkt: Früherkennung kann entscheidend sein. Noch neu in der Mammographie? Kein Problem. Du hast Deinen Röntgenschein, aber bisher wenig oder noch keine Erfahrung in der Mammographie? Dann bist Du bei uns trotzdem richtig. Du kommst in ein eingespieltes und sehr erfahrenes Mammographie-Team, das Dich Schritt für Schritt einarbeitet und Dir die Sicherheit gibt, die Du für Deinen neuen Aufgabenbereich brauchst.

Gemeinsam etwas Neues aufbauen 2027 ziehen wir in neue Praxisräumlichkeiten in Darmstadt und eröffnen dort unseren neuen Mammographie-Standort. Für Dich bedeutet das: Du kommst in ein erfahrenes Team und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, den neuen Standort von Anfang an mitzugestalten.

Mammographie oder Radiologie? Bei uns muss es kein Entweder-oder sein. Du möchtest Deine Screening- und Mammographie-Erfahrung einbringen, aber gleichzeitig weiterhin in der allgemeinen Radiologie arbeiten? Auch ein kombiniertes Einsatzmodell ist bei uns möglich – beispielsweise mit festen Tagen in der Mammographie und weiteren Tagen in der Radiologie. So kannst Du Deine fachliche Bandbreite erhalten und gleichzeitig einen Schwerpunkt in der Mammadiagnostik setzen. Wie die Aufteilung konkret aussieht, stimmen wir individuell mit Dir ab.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Durchführung von Mammographie-Aufnahmen
  • Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Patientinnen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität bei der Durchführung der Untersuchungen
  • Organisation und Koordination der Untersuchungsabläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie dem Mammographie-Team

Deine Stärken

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA, ZFA oder eine vergleichbare medizinische Ausbildung
  • Einen gültigen Röntgenschein bzw. die erforderlichen Kenntnisse im Strahlenschutz
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Mammographie
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Patientinnen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Teamgeist und Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
