Deine Erfahrung zählt. Und 2027 kannst Du mit uns etwas Neues aufbauen. Für unseren Standort in Darmstadt suchen wir MTR / MTRA (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Mammographie und Qualifikation für das Mammographie-Screening. Bei uns verbindest Du medizinisch-technische Präzision mit einer Aufgabe, die unmittelbar relevant ist: hochwertige Brustdiagnostik und Früherkennung. Du arbeitest dabei nicht allein, sondern in einem eingespielten und sehr erfahrenen Mammographie-Team, in dem fachlicher Austausch und gegenseitige Unterstützung selbstverständlich sind. Gemeinsam etwas Neues aufbauen 2027 ziehen wir in neue Praxisräumlichkeiten in Darmstadt und eröffnen dort unseren neuen Mammographie-Standort. Für Dich bedeutet das: Du bringst Deine Erfahrung in ein starkes bestehendes Team ein und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, den neuen Standort aktiv mitzugestalten. Dein Know-how ist dabei ausdrücklich gefragt.

Mammographie oder Radiologie? Bei uns muss es kein Entweder-oder sein. Du möchtest Deine Screening- und Mammographie-Erfahrung einbringen, aber gleichzeitig weiterhin in der allgemeinen Radiologie arbeiten? Auch ein kombiniertes Einsatzmodell ist bei uns möglich – beispielsweise mit festen Tagen in der Mammographie und weiteren Tagen in der Radiologie. So kannst Du Deine fachliche Bandbreite erhalten und gleichzeitig einen Schwerpunkt in der Mammadiagnostik setzen. Wie die Aufteilung konkret aussieht, stimmen wir individuell mit Dir ab.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Durchführung qualitätsgesicherter Mammographie-Aufnahmen
  • Einsatz in der kurativen Mammadiagnostik und im Mammographie-Screening
  • Professionelle Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Patientinnen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen technischen und diagnostischen Bildqualität
  • Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen des Mammographie-Screening-Programms
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie dem gesamten Mammographie-Team

Deine Stärken

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Technologin bzw. Medizinischer Technologe für Radiologie: MTR / MTRA
  • Gültige Fachkunde im Strahlenschutz
  • Die erforderliche Qualifikation zur Erstellung von Mammographie-Aufnahmen im Screening
  • Erfahrung in der Mammographie
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patientinnen
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und fachlichem Austausch
