Diavero steht für moderne, patientenorientierte Radiologie auf höchstem medizinischem Niveau. Als etabliertes Diagnosezentrum in Essen bieten wir ein breites Spektrum radiologischer Leistungen und arbeiten eng mit niedergelassenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen, Krankenhäusern sowie weiteren Partnern im Gesundheitswesen zusammen. Für unsere etablierte Radiologie suchen wir im Rahmen einer geplanten Nachfolgeregelung eine ärztliche Führungspersönlichkeit, die fachliche Exzellenz, unternehmerisches Denken und echte Teamorientierung miteinander verbindet. Besonders wichtig ist uns dabei nicht nur die medizinische Kompetenz, sondern auch die Freude an einer engen Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen, kollegialen Team.

Ihre Mission bei uns

  • Medizinische und fachliche Leitung des radiologischen Standorts
  • Fachärztliche Befundung im Bereich Röntgen, CT und MRT
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Praxis und medizinischen Prozesse
  • Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung des ärztlichen Teams
  • Ausbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Zuweisern und regionalen Partnern
  • Mitgestaltung von Digitalisierungs- und Innovationsprojekten
  • Kollegiale Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen, engagierten Team

Ihre Stärken

  • Facharztanerkennung für Radiologie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der diagnostischen Radiologie
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an Zusammenarbeit und persönlichem Austausch
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung eines erfolgreichen Standorts
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung oder Interesse im Bereich Neuroradiologie, dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung
