Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Mechanical Technicians for deployment to Germany. Candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, supporting maintenance activities, performing quality checks, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and automated systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Support installation, calibration, and testing of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology major in Mechanical Technology or any related program.
  • At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, material handling systems, or related technical work.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reading technical diagrams or schematics.
  • Experienced in working with automated systems, conveyors, or control software.
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment, electrical components, and maintenance procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic gross salary: EUR 3,150 (PHP 220,000–230,000).
  • Paid vacation leave per year.
