Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Truck Mechanics for deployment to Lithuania. Candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks and heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring that vehicles are safe, reliable, and properly maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Perform engine repair and maintenance, including diesel engines.
  • Inspect and repair manual and automatic transmission systems.
  • Maintain and repair brake, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine vehicle servicing.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems and identify vehicle faults.
  • Use diagnostic and scanning equipment to identify mechanical issues.
  • Use basic mechanical tools and workshop equipment safely and properly.
  • Read and understand basic technical and service information.
  • Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Truck or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic.
  • Must have a valid Automotive Servicing NC II or Heavy Equipment Servicing NC II.
  • Experience working with commercial trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, or fleet vehicles.
  • Experience with different truck brands and models.
  • Experience using electronic diagnostic and scanning equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic starting salary: EUR 1,200 (PHP 80,000-90,000).
  • Free accommodation.
  • Working hours: 8–10 hours per day.
  • 20 vacation days per year.
  • Opportunity to work and gain international experience in Lithuania.
