Performance Sales Manager (Brazil) — Gaming Advertising Platform

We're hiring on behalf of a global advertising platform focused on the gaming industry. This is the company's first commercial hire in Brazil — an individual contributor role focused exclusively on selling the performance side of the business.

What you'll do:

Sell performance marketing solutions directly to advertisers and agencies, with a focus on measurable results (installs, in-app events, ROAS) Prospect and reach out directly to senior decision-makers within Brazil's performance marketing ecosystem Build and manage your own pipeline, from first contact to close Convert business relationships into qualified, recurring revenue Work autonomously, with ambitious targets and performance-based compensation Core requirements:

Solid experience in performance marketing sales (not branding, not traditional media planning) Hands-on, working knowledge of MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) — AppsFlyer, Branch, or equivalents — used as a day-to-day tool, not just theoretical familiarity Hunter profile, not farmer/account manager: must enjoy prospecting and closing, not just managing existing accounts Well-connected within Brazil's performance marketing ecosystem Strong commercial autonomy — able to identify opportunities strategically and close them personally Not required:

Prior gaming industry experience (a plus, but not a dealbreaker)

Must-have

Proven experience in performance marketing, performance advertising, AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or affiliate marketing. Solid B2B sales experience within the digital advertising / performance marketing ecosystem. An established professional network in Brazil, with direct relationships with performance marketing decision-makers at relevant brands, advertisers, e-commerce companies, or agencies. A track record of opening doors and generating new business through existing relationships. Strong understanding of performance-driven, outcome-based advertising models. Experience owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills. Comfortable building a market from the ground up, with minimal existing structure. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven. Fluent Portuguese and strong professional English.

Strong advantage

Existing relationships with a meaningful share of our target account list. Experience selling performance solutions to e-commerce, FMCG, travel, or other high-investment digital advertising sectors. Experience with international AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing companies. Track record launching or expanding a business in a new market. Strong grasp of the Brazilian digital advertising landscape.
