Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional apaixonado(a) por moda, relacionamento com clientes e vendas consultivas para atuar em uma marca de moda premium no Shopping Barigui.

Mais do que vender, buscamos uma profissional que goste de construir relacionamentos duradouros, encantar clientes e transformar cada atendimento em uma experiência diferenciada. O(a) candidato(a) será responsável pelo atendimento presencial e digital, prospecção ativa, fidelização da carteira de clientes, organização da rotina comercial e acompanhamento de metas e indicadores.

O modelo de vendas da empresa é baseado em relacionamento. Por isso, é fundamental que a profissional tenha iniciativa para manter contato constante com clientes por meio de WhatsApp, convites para eventos, lançamentos, campanhas e ações de pós-venda, entendendo que a construção da carteira acontece de forma contínua e que os resultados são desenvolvidos ao longo dos primeiros meses de atuação.

- Experiência com vendas consultivas, preferencialmente em moda premium ou luxo;

- Excelente comunicação, simpatia e facilidade para criar relacionamento com clientes;

- Perfil comercial, dinâmico, resiliente e orientado para resultados;

- Ambição profissional e desejo de crescimento na área comercial;

- Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e construção de carteira de clientes;

- Experiência com atendimento presencial e vendas via WhatsApp;

- Interesse por moda, tendências e atendimento de alto padrão;

- Disponibilidade para atuar no Shopping Barigui e segurança quanto à logística de deslocamento;

- Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 6x1 e cumprir os horários definidos pela operação.

Será considerado um diferencial

- Vivência em marcas de moda premium ou luxo, como NV, Animalle, Bo.Bô, Shoulder, Le Lis, Cris Barros, Maria Filó, Carol Bassi, Lança Perfume, Hugo Boss, Dolce & Gabbana, entre outras;

- Experiência com fidelização de clientes e vendas por relacionamento;

- Inglês básico ou intermediário.
