Product Compliance Officer

Bij Life Outdoor Living zorgen we niet alleen voor design en beleving, maar ook voor veilige en betrouwbare producten. Als Product Compliance Officer ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt — van regelgeving tot productinformatie.

Wat ga jij doen?

In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken én verbeteren van product compliance binnen onze organisatie. Jij zorgt dat onze producten voldoen aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving — en dat dit ook aantoonbaar is.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Compliance & structuur

  • Opzetten en verbeteren van systemen, procedures en werkwijzen rondom product compliance.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van duidelijke compliance richtlijnen.
  • Beheren van productdossiers en verzamelen van benodigde documentatie.

Wet- en regelgeving

  • Monitoren en interpreteren van (nieuwe) wetgeving zoals o.a.: GPSR REACH FSC / EUDR CE / RoHS EN 581 (outdoor meubelen) Exportwetgeving (VS, UK, EU)
  • Vertalen van deze regels naar concrete eisen voor productontwikkeling en leveranciers.

Productinformatie & labeling

  • Controleren van labels, verpakkingen en productinformatie.
  • Zorgen dat waarschuwingen en handleidingen volledig en juridisch correct zijn.
  • Opstellen en beheren van product datasheets (meertalig).

Testmanagement

  • Opzetten en coördineren van producttests samen met productontwikkeling.
  • Selecteren en aansturen van externe testlaboratoria.
  • Beoordelen van testresultaten en bepalen van vervolgstappen.

Samenwerking

Je werkt nauw samen met o.a.:

  • Productontwikkeling
  • Sourcing
  • Kwaliteit
  • Supply Chain
  • Product data

Wat breng jij mee?

Jij bent iemand die scherp is, gestructureerd werkt en niet bang is om duidelijk te zijn.

Je denkt niet in “ongeveer goed” — maar in goed of niet goed.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een hbo-opleiding in techniek, productontwikkeling, engineering of vergelijkbaar.
  • Heb je junior ervaring met product compliance, QA of regelgeving.
  • Heb je interesse in productwetgeving en kwaliteitssystemen.
  • Ben je analytisch sterk en werk je nauwkeurig.
  • Kun je technische documenten goed beoordelen.
  • Kun je complexe regelgeving begrijpelijk maken voor collega’s.
  • Heb je affiniteit met materialen zoals aluminium, hout of kunststof (pré).
