Buscamos um(a) Executivo(a) Comercial para desenvolver e expandir nossa carteira de clientes de consórcio. Você vai atuar na linha de frente do negócio, conduzindo negociações, apresentando o consórcio como uma forma inteligente de planejar conquistas e investimentos e sendo a referência de confiança para quem já faz parte da nossa base.

O que você vai fazer - Prospectar clientes pessoa física e jurídica com as ferramentas da corretora, como listas, CRM e planilhas, e com sua rede de relacionamento - Conduzir negociações com clientes e grandes contas - Entender os objetivos de cada cliente, como aquisição de imóveis, veículos, equipamentos ou expansão do negócio, e propor o plano de consórcio mais adequado - Apresentar o consórcio como alternativa ao financiamento, explicando o funcionamento dos grupos, lances e contemplações - Cuidar do relacionamento e da manutenção dos clientes da base, acompanhando contemplações e oportunidades de novas cotas - Realizar visitas a clientes e prospects

- Relacionamento interpessoal e inteligência emocional para construir parcerias de confiança com clientes - Resiliência e flexibilidade para lidar com pressão e mudanças de cenário - CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para dirigir e realizar visitas com o carro da empresa - Fome de crescimento, proatividade e atitude empreendedora, sempre buscando melhorias e novas oportunidades
