The posting

LightEdge Solutions is developing the IT solutions that will propel businesses forward over the next 10 years. Using a combination of shared and private/dedicated platforms, LightEdge has been successful in offering businesses alternatives that streamline operations, improve reliability and reduce costs.

If you are passionate about creating real solutions that help businesses with cutting-edge technology, want to be challenged to think out of the box and be in a position where you can impact change on a daily basis, then LightEdge can offer you a dynamic corporate environment built on teamwork and personal responsibility.

Lightedge is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our channel and alliance programs. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that keep our partner ecosystem — including Broadcom/VMware, AWS, and IBM — running smoothly, from deal registration through incentive payout. You'll work closely with Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, and Channel Account Managers to make sure partner-sourced revenue is tracked accurately, and partners have a frictionless experience working with Lightedge

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end deal registration process: intake, approval workflows, conflict resolution, and SFDC data integrity for partner-sourced opportunities
  • Maintain and improve the partner portal, ensuring content, pricing, and program materials stay current
  • Build and maintain partner performance dashboards and scorecards (pipeline sourced/influenced, bookings, attainment against partner plans) for use in QBRs and board/PE reporting
  • Partner with Sales Ops to align channel data structures, routing rules, and reporting cadences with the broader sales organization
  • Support partner onboarding: agreements, systems access, training coordination with Sales Enablement
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for partner escalations related to process, systems, or program mechanics
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities across the partner lifecycle
  • Manage Partner agreement audit and move Lightedge partners to latest Lightedge agreements.
  • Own partner tools such as Partner TAP, and partner with sales commission for partner commission inquiries.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or alliance management, ideally in IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed services
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and deal registration/PRM tooling
  • Experience administering MDF, co-op, or partner incentive programs
  • Excellent analytical skills — comfortable building reporting and dashboards from raw data
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with sales leadership, finance, and external partner contacts
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning ambiguous or undocumented workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with VMware/Broadcom, AWS, or IBM partner programs specifically
  • Familiarity with Technology Solution Distributor ecosystem
  • Experience supporting a PE-backed or M&A-active organization where reporting rigor and data integrity are closely scrutinized
  • Prior experience building account plan or QBR frameworks

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
