The posting

1. 参与国内重点信息流广告平台的投放执行与优化，在指导下学习账户搭建、定向设置、预算与出价调整、素材测试及效果复盘，逐步独立负责部分投放工作。 2. 负责广告数据的监控、整理与分析，定位消耗、转化及成本等指标的变化原因，为素材迭代和投放策略优化提供依据。 3. 参与AI投放平台的需求梳理与产品设计，将建计划、素材管理、数据监控、投放诊断及调优等人工流程，沉淀为标准化、自动化的产品功能。 4. 探索AI在创意分析与生成、投放策略建议、异常诊断、自动调优及复盘报告等环节的应用，设计合理的人机协同与审核机制，并持续评估实际效果。 5. 与工程、算法及投放团队协作，参与平台原型设计、功能开发、测试验收和迭代优化，推动AI能力真正服务于投放效率与效果提升。 6. 关注信息流广告及AI行业动态，定期研究同品类游戏的投放策略与创意素材，输出可执行的产品或投放优化建议。

1. 聪明、勤奋、正直、上进，具备较好的专注度、投入度和责任心，愿意深入业务并持续学习。 2. 热爱游戏，对信息流广告、增长营销及AI产品感兴趣； 3. 数据敏感，逻辑思维清晰，善于分析和挖掘数据，能够从数据变化中发现问题、提出假设并验证结论。 4. 具备一定的工程或产品背景，满足以下任一方向即可： 工程方向：理解Python、SQL等工具，具备数据处理、脚本开发或API调用能力，能够参与自动化工具及平台功能建设； 产品方向：具备需求分析、业务流程梳理、原型设计或项目推进能力，能够将投放问题转化为清晰的产品方案。 5. 对AI产品及大模型应用有基本了解，能够熟练使用AI工具提升学习、分析、设计或开发效率。

加分项 1. 有信息流投放、互联网广告、增长营销或游戏相关实习经验。 2. 有AI应用、广告投放平台、数据平台、自动化工具或互联网产品的设计、开发及项目实践经历。 3. 熟悉至少一种国内主流信息流广告平台，或有素材分析、投放诊断及效果复盘经验。
