1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，软件工程/计算机/信息技术/人工智能等相关专业在读优先。 2. 对AIGC有浓厚兴趣。 3. 扎实的数学基础，良好的中英文文献阅读能力。 4. 具有良好的编程知识，熟悉c++/python语言。 5. 熟悉AI绘图基本技能，如Stable Diffusion算法、LoRA训练及ControlNet使用，理解其原理。 6. （必须项）有comfyui 使用经验，能独立训练Lora模型。 7. (必须项) 需要有良好的美术审美，对不同游戏美术风格有自己的见解。 8. （加分项）有绘画经验者优先。 9. （加分项）有Unity/UE等游戏引擎使用经验者优先。 10.（加分项）有AIGC管线落地/agent搭建经验者优先
