1. 参与游戏AI算法的设计、实现与优化，包括但不限于策略搜索、多智能体协作、AI拟人化决策、行为规划等方向； 2. 参与LLM Agent系统的设计与开发，探索大语言模型在游戏角色、智能NPC、剧情交互、自动化测试及游戏内容生产等场景中的应用； 3. 参与Agent的任务规划、记忆管理、工具调用、知识检索、状态管理及多Agent协作等模块的开发与优化； 4. 结合游戏引擎和服务端系统特点，完成算法原型验证、工程实现及系统集成； 5. 关注算法模块的稳定性、性能和可维护性，参与异常处理、超时控制、并发处理、资源管理及性能优化等工作； 6. 探索LLM、强化学习、模仿学习、多智能体系统等前沿AI技术在游戏场景中的应用； 7. 撰写技术文档，参与代码评审、技术方案讨论及团队技术分享。

1．计算机、人工智能、软件工程、电子工程等相关专业应届毕业生。 2．熟悉C++、Rust、Python中的至少一种，具备扎实的算法、数据结构和计算机基础，能编写清晰、可维护、可测试的代码。 3．了解多线程、异步编程、网络通信及并发控制，具备高并发、低延迟系统的基础认知。 4．具备工程健壮性意识，能够关注并处理异常、超时、重试、资源释放及并发冲突等问题。 5．了解大语言模型基本原理，熟悉Prompt设计、上下文管理和结构化输出等方法。 6．了解LLM Agent基本架构，并在任务规划、工具调用、记忆系统、RAG或多Agent协作等方向有实践或研究经历。 7．了解Unity、Unreal、Godot等至少一款游戏引擎，或具备游戏开发、仿真环境、机器人环境等项目经验。 8．对游戏与人工智能交叉领域有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的学习、沟通和团队协作能力。

加分项 1．有LLM Agent、智能NPC、游戏AI、强化学习、模仿学习或多智能体相关项目经验。 2．有工具调用、工作流编排、长期记忆、上下文压缩、RAG或向量数据库等模块开发经验。 3．了解Agent评测方法，能从任务完成率、稳定性、响应延迟、Token消耗及输出质量等方面进行分析。 4．有高并发、低延迟服务或分布式系统实践经验，了解RPC、消息队列、缓存、限流、重试、熔断及服务降级等机制。 5．熟悉Docker、Git、CI/CD等常用工程工具。 6．熟悉游戏开发流程，具备行为树、状态机、效用系统、GOAP等游戏AI开发经验。 7．有相关论文、竞赛、开源项目、实习或个人作品，并能清晰说明个人贡献。
