1、承接游戏业务需求，完成问题定义、方案设计与建模任务拆解； 2、负责数据处理、特征构建、模型训练调优与效果验证； 3、负责模型服务化部署、监控与迭代，保障可复现、可回滚； 4、参与数据 Pipeline、训练 / 推理链路等 ML 工程建设； 5、基于大模型开发业务 Agent：工具调用、工作流编排、评测与效果评估。

1、掌握机器学习基础，理解常见模型的假设与适用边界，有独立训练调优经验；数学基础扎实（线性代数、概率统计、最优化），能将推导落到代码与实验； 2、有数据意识，建模前先分析数据来源、质量与指标口径。Python 熟练，掌握至少一门 C++ / Go / Java / Rust；熟悉 Linux、Git、SQL，有测试与代码维护习惯； 3、独立完成过至少一个从需求到可用成果的完整项目，代码可查阅； 4、熟练使用 Claude Code、Cursor 等 AI 编程工具，并能审查、验证其生成的代码； 5、技术文档与实验报告条理清晰、逻辑严谨。

优先条件 1、有自主定义问题并完成交付的项目经历； 2、实习中有模型或服务的上线与效果跟踪经验； 3、有 GitHub 项目或开源贡献； 4、有大模型 / Agent 应用开发经验； 5、有 CSP / NOI / ICPC 等算法竞赛奖项； 6、热爱游戏，了解游戏业务。
