1. 负责游戏产品宣发PV项目的全流程导演工作。 2. 撰写PV的创意方案与分镜脚本；利用相关制作工具精准呈现创意，如动态分镜绘制。 3. 跟进内外部制作人员或供应商产出优质内容；完成具备传播价值，宣扬产品亮点，符合项目表现品质的视频作品。

1. 美术、动画相关专业，热爱游戏、影视行业，对游戏常见玩法类型有深入了解。 2. 思维活跃、有较强的创意与脚本创作能力，对影视构图、角色情绪动作表达、视觉传达有独到的见解；能不断研究最新流行趋势内容。 3. 熟悉使用任意一款视频编辑软件（如PR, AE等）。 4. 具备良好的团队协作能力、能够合理利用协调资源、善与沟通、抗压性好。 5. 对CG制作全流程有一定认知，能够在中后期各环节有清晰的方向指示。 6. 探索AI在制作流程中各环节的落地应用。

加分项 1. 电影/动画/游戏/编导相关专业在读。 2. 可独立完成动态分镜。 3. 熟悉Unity，UE5或任—3D软件（如Blender,C4D等）。
