本岗位聚焦游戏宣发视觉体系的创意表达与品牌塑造，除了设计能力与美术审美外，在视觉风格的判断、创意策略的制定与执行思路方面有更深入的学习

1. 负责游戏产品宣发的视觉包装工作，基于产品美术风格负责主视觉设计、相关品牌及运营物料的平面设计等。 2. 根据需求完成游戏的主视觉海报、banner、网站、商店图等平面物料的视觉设计。 3. 能够完成视觉创意策划、设计与制作，充分调动自身创意能力。 4. 能准确把握符合项目特色的美术风格来推进项目。

1. 学历相关：本科及以上学历，具备美术&设计相关专业背景，具备较好的艺术审美和设计专业基础。 2. 专业能力：熟悉平面排版和视觉传达设计的相关理论，较强的图形和造型功底。 3. 技能掌握：熟练使用Photoshop等软件进行创作。 4. 审美与创意能力：具备优秀的创意思考能力，，结合市场趋势完成品牌美术设计，艺术设计前沿信息有敏锐的观察力，思维活跃，眼界开阔。 5. 成长潜力：具备优秀的学习能力，对工作中涉及到的未知领域能够不断学习进步，热爱游戏。 6. 沟通协作：良好的沟通表达能力，开放的心态，善于沟通与团队协作。 7. 职业素养：责任心强，能承受项目发展方向上的压力与挑战，有上进心。

其他补充要求： 能够体现设计能力的游戏、动漫相关设计、绘制作品。有平面设计、绘画作品更佳。
