1.负责Unity 多端项目的性能分析、问题定位与优化方案落地。 2.负责若干引擎/底层通用能力的开发与维护：资源管理、加载流程、运行时诊断、通用组件等方向。 3.完成渲染相关的优化与效果支持，在保证效果的同时提升运行效率与稳定性。 4.开发与迭代工具链/提效工具：性能与日志分析工具、资源规范检查工具、自动化流程脚本等。 5.跟进性能与资源规范的落地执行，推动与客户端、TA、美术的协作闭环。

1.计算机或相关专业在读。 2.熟悉 C# 基础语法与面向对象思想，编码规范良好。 3.具备一定数据结构与算法基础，具备独立排查问题、拆解任务并交付的能力。 4.对性能优化 / 图形渲染 / 工具开发方向有兴趣，学习能力强，沟通协作良好。 5.英语 CET4 及以上，能阅读英文技术文档。 6.每周出勤不少于 4 天。

加分项 1.有 Unity 项目/游戏开发经验（课程/个人项目/实习均可）。 2.有性能分析/优化实践或做过工具开发。 3.了解 Lua。

*仅限预计27年内毕业的在校生投递，实习表现优秀者将有机会转正留用。
