The posting

1. 负责LLM与Agent技术在游戏公司内部场景的落地应用，独立承担从需求拆解、方案设计到上线迭代的完整闭环。 2. 设计与构建LLM Agent系统，包括但不限于Agent架构设计（Planning、Memory、Tool Use、Multi-Agent协作）、Agent Harness与评测体系搭建、Skills/工具生态建设。 3. 运用Prompt Engineering、Context Engineering、RAG等技术优化LLM输出质量，使其对齐业务需求与人类偏好；负责RAG系统的架构设计、构建与持续优化。 4. 跟踪前沿模型与Agent技术进展（如Agent Skills、Computer Use、MCP、长程任务执行等），评估其在业务场景的适用性并推动落地。 5. 沉淀可复用的Agent基础设施与最佳实践，支持团队内多业务方向的LLM应用需求。

1．专业背景：数学、统计学、计算机、AI、软件工程等相关专业，2027届硕博毕业生。 2．编程能力：熟练掌握Python，具备良好的工程素养与代码规范意识；熟悉Linux、Git、Docker及后端服务开发，掌握RESTful API和SQL/NoSQL基础，理解并发、缓存等常见工程问题。 3．LLM基础：了解主流开闭源模型的能力边界、特性差异与适用场景，能根据业务需求进行模型选型与组合。 4．Agent能力：深入理解Agent架构、工具调用（Function Calling / Tool Use）、Agent Harness与评测、Skills体系及多Agent协作，具备完整的Agent系统设计与实现经验。 5．系统思维：能独立拆解复杂问题，将模糊需求转化为清晰的技术方案，并合理权衡可行性、成本与风险。 6．调研能力：能追踪、阅读并复现前沿论文与开源项目，独立完成技术方向的深度调研并输出可落地结论。 7．综合素质：具备良好的协作、沟通与逻辑思维能力，自驱且结果导向，能在有限指导下独立推进项目。

加分项： 1．有异步编程、消息队列、分布式服务等高并发实践经验。 2．有LLM微调（SFT、RLHF/DPO等）及多卡、分布式训练经验。 3．有LLM/Agent评测集或自动化评测流水线建设经验。 4．有高质量开源贡献、顶会论文或相关竞赛获奖经历。 5．具备Web前端基础，能独立搭建Demo或内部工具。 6．热爱游戏，对LLM与Agent技术在游戏领域的应用有思考。
