1、2028届毕业生，本科及以上学历，保证至少每周4天，连续4个月以上实习者优先。 2、专业不限，有一定的游戏开发或game jam经验者优先。 3、热爱游戏和游戏制作，游戏经历丰富。 4、文字表达简洁准确，结构化表达能力出色：能把一句模糊的设计意图穷举成无歧义的规则，主动识别边界与异常情况。 5、能熟练借助 AI 工具提升产出效率。

加分项：玩过且有深度体验过合成类手游（Gossip Harbor / Tasty Travel / Merge Hollywood 等任一），并有自己的拆解判断；做过 mod、自制桌游 / TRPG 规则、带过公会或写过深度拆解；有编程基础或能看懂代码逻辑；对数值曲线敏感。
