1. 项目统筹与需求推进：承接各项目 LQA 需求，协调研发、本地化及供应商等多方资源，推动沟通对齐与排期落地，跟进关键交付节点与缺陷修复进度，识别阻塞风险并推动解决。 2. 缺陷管理与质量跟踪：负责缺陷全生命周期跟踪，结合 AI 检测结果开展人工研判，确保缺陷数据完整、准确、可追溯；汇总项目质量数据，撰写测试复盘与质量简报，提炼问题规律，输出改进建议。 3. 工具应用与提效：持续识别 LQA 流程中的效率瓶颈，推动工具能力的深化应用与方案沉淀。

1. 语言类、翻译类或相关专业在读，英语读写能力良好，具备跨文化理解与多语言沟通能力； 2. 重度游戏玩家，熟悉多品类游戏术语与表达习惯，请在简历中注明常玩品类、代表作品及累计游玩时长； 3. 逻辑清晰，沟通主动，具备多任务并行处理能力，严谨细致，责任心强； 4. 具备较强的工具使用意识，善于借助技术手段解决实际工作问题； 5. 对项目协调或本地化质量管理有较强兴趣，有相关实习或项目经验者优先。

加分项 1. 掌握阿语、泰语、俄语、德语、波兰语等小语种，具备复合语种能力者优先； 2. 具备海外生活或学习经历，有游戏翻译、本地化相关经验； 3. 熟悉 JIRA、Meego等项目管理工具。
