1.协助完成游戏系统与玩法模块的资料整理、竞品研究、功能拆解和文档输出； 2.协助梳理与维护模拟经营模块的开发文档与配置资料； 3.跑测前期新手引导流程，整理成问题清单并跟进； 4.根据明确需求完成表格、文档、对比分析、测试记录等基础策划交付物； 5.参与轻量配置与功能点的支持工作，包括资料准备、配置检查、测试验证和开发跟进； 6.与策划、美术、程序、测试等团队成员协作，推动具体执行任务按时落地。

1.实习岗位，在校生，每周到岗 ≥ 4 天、可连续实习 ≥ 3 个月；有游戏策划实习、校园项目、游戏社团、独立 Demo 或相关作品经历者优先； 2.细心、有耐心，能处理量大且规则细的配置与跑测工作； 3.熟练使用 Excel 进行数据整理、配置表维护及基础数据分析； 4.具备一定 Unity 使用基础，理解基础编辑器操作、Prefab、场景、组件，或会简单脚本逻辑者优先； 5.对 AI 工具和自动化流程有强烈探索欲，愿意折腾工具、跟着文档把流程跑通； 6.热爱游戏，愿意大量体验竞品并主动记录，能整理玩法流程、系统结构、活动规则、用户体验问题和可参考设计点； 7.对模拟经营、SLG、服务化运营类游戏有兴趣并愿意深入研究，了解头部相关产品（如 Last War、Whiteout Survival 等）者更佳，对核心玩法、成长结构、活动节奏有基本认知； 8.对美剧或美国文化有兴趣、有了解者优先。
