Gute Hausarztmedizin braucht Zeit, ein starkes Team und Gestaltungsspielraum.

Dabei arbeitest du in einem interprofessionellen Team, nutzt digitale Unterstützung dort, wo sie sinnvoll ist, und gestaltest die Versorgung aktiv mit.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche hausärztliche Versorgung deiner Patient im Spektrum der Allgemeinmedizin oder Inneren Medizin.
  • Du diagnostizierst und behandelst akute sowie chronische Erkrankungen leitliniengerecht.
  • Du führst Vorsorgeleistungen, Impfungen und Disease-Management-Programme durch.
  • Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit Physician Assistants und Medizinischen Fachangestellten zusammen, begleitest deren fachliche Entwicklung und gestaltest eine sichere Delegation medizinischer Aufgaben.
  • Du nutzt moderne Diagnostik und digitale Anwendungen, um die Patientenversorgung sinnvoll zu unterstützen.

Was Du mitbringst

Diese drei Punkte sind wichtig:

  • Du bist Facharzt für Allgemeinmedizin oder Innere Medizin.
  • Du arbeitest empathisch, patientenzentriert und schätzt langfristige Arzt-Patienten-Beziehungen.
  • Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung und arbeitest partnerschaftlich in interprofessionellen Teams.

Das ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung:

  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten hausärztlichen Versorgung
  • Kenntnisse in Sonographie und EKG; Erfahrung mit Ergometrie oder Spirometrie
  • Interesse an Präventionsmedizin, Telemedizin und digitalen Praxisprozessen
