Buscamos un Maestro Ayudante de Tabiquería y Obras Civiles para integrarse al área de Facilities, apoyando la ejecución de trabajos de mantenimiento e infraestructura en nuestras instalaciones.

Lugar de trabajo:

  • Sucursales de Macul y Pudahuel.
  • Disponibilidad para desempeñar funciones en ambas dependencias según requerimientos operacionales.

Jornada de trabajo

  • Lunes y martes: 08:00 a 18:00 horas.
  • Miércoles a viernes: 08:00 a 17:00 horas.

Objetivo del cargo:

Ejecutar obras civiles y trabajos de mantenimiento de infraestructura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos, de calidad, seguridad, plazo y continuidad operacional.

Funciones y Responsabilidades del cargo:

Seguir Planificación y ejecutar trabajos de obras civiles conforme a planos, especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos internos y órdenes de trabajo.

Área General

  • Gestión de órdenes de trabajo y cierre técnico.
  • Permisos de trabajo, AST/ART y medidas de control operacional.
  • Código de Ética del Grupo BV.
  • Reglamento de Orden, Higiene y Seguridad.
  • Distribución operativa, accesos y condiciones de las instalaciones.

Área Técnica

  • Lectura e interpretación de planos, especificaciones técnicas y detalles constructivos.
  • Técnicas constructivas y de terminación: hormigón, albañilería, tabiquería, revestimientos, pavimentos e impermeabilización.
  • Cubicaciones, metrado y control de materiales, herramientas y equipos.
  • Control de calidad, tolerancias, recepción de trabajos y gestión de observaciones.

Renta

$1.200.000 líquidos mensuales.

Requisitos

Técnico de nivel medio.

- Obras civiles, construcción y mantenimiento de infraestructura.

- Experiencia en cargo similar

- Mínimo 3 años en ejecución, mantenimiento de obras civiles.

- Experiencia en la organización

- Conocimiento en el uso de herramientas y materiales, buen relacionamiento interpersonal, trabajo en equipo y seguimiento de políticas, normativas de seguridad y corporativas.
