Deine Rolle bei uns

  • Du kommunizierst mit Bestands- sowie potentiellen Neukunden meistens via Chat und E-Mail sowie gelegentlich via Telefon.
  • Du übernimmst Supportfälle mit Eigenverantwortung und begleitest diese, bis eine Lösung gefunden wurde.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kollegen aus dem Account Management, Product Management und Sales zusammen und trägst zur Verbesserung unseres Produktes bei, indem du Kundenfeedback und deine eigene User Experience mit dem Team teilst.
  • Du hilfst uns dabei, unsere Support-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Zum Beispiel indem du Support-Inhalte pflegst und erstellst.
  • Je nach Präferenz kannst du dich nach einiger Zeit auf zusätzliche Support-Felder wie Data Privacy Support oder Tech Support spezialisieren.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise aus dem Kundensupport.
  • Du besitzt einen sicheren Wortschatz, sowohl geschrieben als auch gesprochen, in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und ein richtiger Menschenfreund, was sich an deiner freundlichen und offenen Art bemerkbar macht.
  • Du kannst dich sehr gut in individuelle Probleme der Kunden hineindenken und gehst sie strukturiert und lösungsorientiert an.
  • Du bleibst auch in schwierigen Situation gut gelaunt und verlierst dabei das Wesentliche nicht aus den Augen.
  • Du hast eine Affinität für Software - Programme oder hast vielleicht bereits schon etwas Erfahrung im IT Bereich sammeln können.
