  • Du entwickelst unsere SaaS-Lösung weiter und gestaltest Optimierungen bestehender Features sowie neue Features von der ersten Idee bis zum Release und darüber hinaus.
  • Wir arbeiten nach Shape Up: Deine Pitches bringst du an den Betting Table und begründest sie mit ihrem Beitrag zum ARR oder einem klaren strategischen Nutzen.
  • Im Conversational-AI-Markt verschiebt sich gerade viel: Wettbewerber launchen im Monatstakt, Meta ändert die Regeln für WhatsApp, der AI Act setzt neue Vorgaben. Du erkennst früh, was davon Chance oder Risiko für uns ist, und machst daraus konkrete Produktentscheidungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit Sales bist du im Austausch mit unseren Key Accounts und stellst unsere Produktentwicklung auch auf Events wie unserem jährlichen Customer Dinner vor.
  • Du klärst Scope, Edge Cases und Akzeptanzkriterien vorab, damit sich das Entwicklungsteam voll aufs Bauen konzentrieren kann. Gerät ein Zyklus ins Wanken, passt du den Scope an statt den Termin.
  • In der Priorisierung fühlst du dich zuhause. Du schaffst Alignment bei Stakeholdern und ownst Produktentscheidungen Ende zu Ende.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Product Manager im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld
  • Deine Produktentscheidungen stützt du auf Kundengespräche und Daten und kannst zeigen, was daraus geworden ist.
  • Mit APIs und Integrationen kennst du dich gut genug aus, um realistische Zusagen zu machen.
  • KI nutzt du selbstverständlich in deinem Alltag, etwa für Prototypen und Analysen, und hast ein Gespür dafür, wann ein KI-Feature gut genug für unsere Kunden ist.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und findest die richtigen Worte, egal ob du mit der Entwicklung, Sales oder einem Kunden sprichst.
