About the role

Lime Technologies is a Nordic SaaS company that helps businesses grow through better customer management. Now we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Helsinki.

You're the first voice our future customers hear. You find the right people, make them curious, and turn a first conversation into a meeting our sales team can win. We're looking for someone with a strong attitude: persistent, with real grit. You take the initiative and always keep your focus on creating opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Identify and research potential business customers and the right decision-makers
  • Reach out in a structured, multi-channel way: phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Open the first conversation, listen to the customer's situation and spark genuine interest
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives
  • Use AI as a natural part of your prospecting and daily work
  • Keep the CRM up to date and help develop the process together with the commercial team
  • Work closely with sales and marketing

Who you are

  • You're early in your career (0–3 years) and hungry to grow in sales.
  • You have a track record of reaching goals, for example from meeting booking, telemarketing, sales, retail, hospitality or customer service
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone, and you stay motivated when most answers are "no"
  • You're consistent, willing to learn and keen to try new approaches
  • You have a competitive mindset
  • You listen, and you don't just read from a script
  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • You're fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish is a plus
  • You see sales as a career path, not just a job
