We’re looking for real-world experience in:

✅ HVAC service & troubleshooting ✅ Chillers & critical cooling ✅ Electrical ✅ Controls & DDC ✅ BAS / Building Automation

Teaching experience? Not required.

Industry experience? That’s the important part.
