The posting

We are seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Operations Project Manager to join a global Product & Regulatory Operations organization supporting some of the company’s most complex and high priority legal and regulatory work.

This role sits within Legal & Compliance and will lead strategic initiatives across Content Litigation and regulatory operations, with a focus on litigation, court orders, elections related matters, and regulatory requirements across Brazil and the broader LATAM region.

You will be at the center of highly visible, deadline driven work, partnering closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Policy, contractors, vendors, and global stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to complexity, identify risks early, improve operational processes, and keep critical programs moving in environments where requirements can evolve quickly.

If you enjoy solving complex operational problems, influencing across functions, and building scalable processes that support legal and regulatory obligations, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic Legal and Compliance projects from planning through execution, with responsibility for timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes

• Manage Content Litigation operational programs supporting Brazil, Brazil elections, and the broader LATAM region

• Track operational performance using metrics including case volume, SLA compliance, quality, workload capacity, and overall workflow health

• Identify and track legal and regulatory compliance risks, escalating potential exposure before critical deadlines are impacted

• Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, Policy, and other cross functional teams to develop scalable solutions to complex operational challenges

• Serve as a primary NORAM point of contact for global contractors and vendors supporting case review operations

• Coordinate workflows across global teams, including operational handoffs, staffing coverage, training, process improvements, and case resolution

• Build and improve systems, processes, reporting mechanisms, and operational controls that move workflows from reactive execution toward scalable and mature operations

• Anticipate operational roadblocks during high volume and deadline sensitive litigation cycles and proactively develop mitigation plans

• Conduct root cause analysis and develop recommendations that address recurring operational issues

• Evaluate operational tradeoffs and communicate recommendations clearly to Legal, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders

• Hold stakeholders accountable for commitments, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining strong collaborative relationships

• Support development of team goals, measurement strategies, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives

• Partner on product and automation opportunities that improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

• Develop concise executive communications, escalation updates, business recommendations, and program reporting for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant experience in project management, program management, operations, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline

• Experience working within Legal, Compliance, Policy, Regulatory, Audit, Litigation Operations, Legal Response, or Compliance Control Management

• Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated experience using data to identify problems, anticipate risks, and drive solutions

• Experience developing and improving operational systems, processes, workflows, or tools

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs involving multiple cross functional stakeholders

• Strong experience managing competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and deadlines

• Experience identifying operational and compliance risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast moving, high volume environments

• Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to identify tradeoffs, establish priorities, and develop collaborative solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating with senior stakeholders

• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a large technology company

• Experience supporting global Legal, Regulatory, Policy, Trust, Safety, Risk, or Compliance organizations

• Experience managing litigation operations, legal response workflows, regulatory requests, or court ordered obligations

• Experience managing global vendor or contractor operations

• Experience building operational dashboards, KPIs, SLA reporting, capacity models, or risk reporting

• Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams to implement workflow automation or operational tooling

• Experience supporting international or LATAM operations

This is a highly cross functional role with visibility across Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, and global teams. You will have the opportunity to influence how complex legal and regulatory work is operationalized, improve processes at scale, and help shape more mature and efficient workflows in a fast moving environment.

The work is complex, the stakes are high, and the impact is tangible. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, navigating competing priorities, and turning evolving requirements into clear, scalable execution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
