Deine Aufgaben

Du stellst einen reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Produktionsablauf an unseren Extrusionsanlagen sicher, indem du diese fachgerecht einrichtest, bedienst und optimierst. Bei Abweichungen oder Störungen greifst du gezielt ein und behebst diese eigenständig. Zudem überwachst du Qualitäts- und Prozessparameter, führst Wartungsarbeiten durch und unterstützt die Anlagenbediener bei der sicheren und effizienten Führung der Maschinen.

  • Einrichten, Umrüsten und Anfahren von Extrusionsanlagen gemäß Fertigungsauftrag
  • Durchführung von Probeläufen sowie Produktionsfreigaben
  • Überwachung der Produktions- und Prozessparameter inklusive Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Suche nach Fehlerquellen in Fertigungsanlagen und Ableitung von nachhaltigen Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten nach Vorgabe
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch regelmäßige Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Dokumentation von Prozessdaten, Qualitätsprüfungen und Störmeldungen in den vorgesehenen Systemen (z. B. SAP, BDE)
  • Optimierung von Rüstzeiten, Ausbringung und Ausschuss
  • Einweisung, Anleitung und fachliche Unterstützung von Maschinenbedienern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung wie Industrie- oder Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten & Bedienen von Extrusionsanlagen wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine engagierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtsystem wöchentlicher Wechsel
  • Bereitschaft für eine Einarbeitung an unserem Produktionsstandort in Schönberg
