Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass unsere technischen Anlagen und die Elektroinfrastruktur zuverlässig funktionieren. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Wartung, Reparaturen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Gebäude‑ und Produktionstechnik. Mit deinem Einsatz stellst du einen reibungslosen und sicheren Betriebsablauf sicher.

  • Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit und hohen Verfügbarkeit aller Elektroanlagen an unseren Standorten Schönberg und Wismar – sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Gebäude
  • Planung und Vorbereitung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen an Versorgungs- und Gebäudetechnik sowie Umsetzung kleinerer gebäudetechnischer Reparaturen
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Prüfleistungen externer Dienstleister im Bereich Elektroanlagen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und Unterstützung bei Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an Versorgungs-, Produktions- und Automatisierungsanlagen
  • Erstellung von Pflichtenheften zur Vorbereitung von Anlageninvestitionen sowie wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Reparatur- bzw. Ersatzbeschaffungen
  • Dokumentation, Datenpflege und Auswertung technischer Maßnahmen über das bestehende Betriebsdatenerfassungssystem
  • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der vollautomatischen Materialförderanlage sowie Überprüfung und Koordination der Gebäude- und Geländereinigung

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Elektriker (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, möglichst im Bereich Instandhaltung eines Industrieunternehmens in Bezug auf Betreuung der gesamten Elektroanlage
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen EDV-Systemen
  • im hohen Maß selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • ausgeprägte Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung für angrenzende Fachbereiche ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungskraft, Durchsetzungsvermögen
