Du sorgst dafür, dass die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an unseren Standorten Schönberg und Wismar täglich ein attraktives und zuverlässiges Verpflegungsangebot vorfinden. Dabei koordinierst du die Abläufe rund um die Kantine, arbeitest eng mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern zusammen und unterstützt den Aufbau unseres neuen Kantinenstandortes in Wismar. Gleichzeitig bist du nah am Tagesgeschäft und bringst dich aktiv in den operativen Kantinenbetrieb ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Koordination der Mitarbeiterverpflegung an unseren Standorten Schönberg und Wismar.
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des neuen Kantinenstandortes in Wismar.
  • Sicherstellung eines attraktiven Verpflegungsangebots sowie einer hohen Servicequalität.
  • Planung von Einkäufen, Überwachung der Warenbestände und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten sowie externen Dienstleistern.
  • Organisation von Bewirtungen und Cateringleistungen für interne Veranstaltungen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei allen operativen Aufgaben rund um die Mitarbeiterverpflegung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung, Hauswirtschaft, Hotellerie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Kantine, einem Restaurant oder einer vergleichbaren Service- bzw. Verpflegungsfunktion
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation von Abläufen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lebensmittelhygiene, HACCP und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in Warenwirtschaft und Bestandsmanagement
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
