Als Quality Systems Lead bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Managementsysteme am Standort Schönberg. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Managementsysteme effizient funktionierten, kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden und jederzeit auditbereit sind. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen trägst Du entscheidend dazu bei, unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern und unsere Kunden zuverlässig zu begeistern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Managementsysteme Qualität ISO 9001, Energie ISO 50001, Arbeitssicherheit ISO 45001 und Hygiene BRC-GS (Packaging)
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung aller Managementsysteme, Prozesse und Dokumente
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner Audits
  • Sicherstellung der Auditbereitschaft (z. B. ISO, BRC) sowie Planen, Begleiten und Nachbereitung bei externen Audits
  • Steuerung von Abweichungen sowie Koordination von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA)
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards im laufenden Betrieb
  • Schulung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zu Managementsystemen und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Standorten und Group Quality
  • Analyse und Kommunikation von Kennzahlen zu den Managementsystemen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Qualität, Technik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 9001 (weitere Normen, Standards wie ISO 50001, ISO 45001, BRC-GS von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung im Auditwesen und im Umgang mit Qualitätsmethoden
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
