Als Schichtmechatroniker stellst Du die fehlerfreie Funktionsweise unserer Produktionsanlagen sicher. Um eine sichere und zuverlässige Funktionsweise langfristig zu gewährleisten, überprüfst Du diese in regelmäßigen Abständen. Du übernimmst notwendige Reparaturen, um Arbeitsprozesse und Betriebsabläufe nur möglichst kurz zu unterbrechen. Die Durchführung von Fehleranalysen in mechanischen, hydraulischen, elektrischen und elektronischen Systemen sowie die Eingrenzung der Fehlerursache liegen ebenfalls in Deinem Aufgabengebiet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Spritzguss- und Montagemaschinen, automatisierten Anlagen und Fertigungslinien
  • Störungsbeseitigung, Reparatur, Austausch von Ersatzteilen und Baugruppen
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Zusatzequipment
  • Programmieren und Einstellen von Entnahmehandlingen und deren vorbeugende Instandhaltung und Reparatur, Bedienung peripherer Geräte & Systeme
  • Überwachung von Qualitätsvorgaben und Dokumentation der Prozessdaten
  • Suche nach Fehlerquellen in komplexen Fertigungsanlagen und Ableitung von nachhaltigen Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Führen der Servicedokumentation und Prüfprotokolle
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionsanlagen
  • Überwachung der Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten von Lieferanten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit erster Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Kenntnisse über die Funktionsweise von verketteten Anlagen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft im 3-Schichtsystem zu arbeiten
