Position Summary
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end payroll operations for Japan-based employees and EOR clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. ペイロール・スペシャリストは、日本拠点の従業員およびEORクライアントに対する給与計算業務全般を担当し、正確性・法令遵守・期限厳守を確保します。
This role will be based in our Tokyo office and will work closely with regional finance, HR, and EOR teams. 本ポジションは東京オフィス勤務となり、リージョナルファイナンス、HR、EORチームと密接に連携します。

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing for Japan employees under EOR and internal entities. EORおよび自社雇用の日本従業員に対する月次給与計算業務を管理します。
Ensure payroll calculations comply with Japanese labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements. 日本の労働法、税務、社会保険制度に準拠した給与計算を行います。
Coordinate with external vendors, social insurance offices, and tax authorities as required. 必要に応じて、外部ベンダー、年金事務所、税務関連機関との連携を行います。
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner. 従業員およびクライアントからの給与関連の問い合わせに迅速かつ丁寧に対応します。
Prepare payroll reports, cost summaries, and supporting documents for internal and client use. 社内およびクライアント向けの給与レポート、コストサマリー、関連資料を作成します。
Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a payroll and compensation perspective. 入社・退社に伴う給与・報酬関連業務をサポートします。
Work with regional finance teams on billing, invoicing cycles, and payroll cost reconciliation. リージョナルファイナンスチームと連携し、請求・支払サイクルおよび給与コストの照合を行います。
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all payroll and employee records. すべての給与データおよび従業員情報の正確性と機密性を確保します。
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience in Japan, preferably within EOR, outsourcing, or multinational environments. 日本での給与計算実務経験3〜5年以上（EOR、アウトソーシング、外資系環境での経験尚可）。
Strong knowledge of Japanese payroll, tax, and social insurance systems. 日本の給与計算、税務、社会保険制度に関する深い知識。
Experience working with multiple payroll cycles, currencies, or overseas stakeholders is an advantage. 複数の給与サイクル、通貨、海外関係者との業務経験があれば尚可。
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. 細部への高い注意力と強い責任感をお持ちの方。
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 機密情報を慎重かつプロフェッショナルに取り扱える方。
Fluent Japanese is required; business-level English is highly preferred. 日本語は流暢レベル必須、英語はビジネスレベルが望ましい。
