Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Aufmaßen für unsere Abbruch- und Rückbauprojekte
  • Ermittlung und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Mengen und Leistungen
  • Erstellung von prüffähigen Abrechnungsunterlagen auf Grundlage der Leistungsverzeichnisse
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Bauabrechnung nach VOB/B
  • Abstimmung der Aufmaße mit Projektleitung, Bauleitung, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Prüfung von Leistungsständen und Unterstützung bei Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen
  • Dokumentation von Mengenänderungen und zusätzlich erbrachten Leistungen
  • Pflege und strukturierte Ablage der projektbezogenen Abrechnungsunterlagen
  • Regelmäßige Baustellenbesuche zur Aufnahme und Prüfung der ausgeführten Leistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bauwesen, beispielsweise als Bauzeichner, Bautechniker, Vermessungstechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Aufmaßerstellung, Bauabrechnung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Kenntnisse der VOB/B sowie im Umgang mit Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Sicheres technisches Verständnis und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit bei der Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Bauleitung und Auftraggebern
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Baustellenbesuchen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Auch Quereinsteiger mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der Bauabrechnung oder Aufmaßerstellung sind willkommen
