Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung verschiedener Baumaschinen bei anspruchsvollen Abbruch- und Rückbauprojekten
  • Einsatz von Kettenbaggern, Longfrontbaggern und weiteren Spezialmaschinen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anbaugeräten, beispielsweise Abbruchscheren, Pulverisierern und Sortiergreifern
  • Durchführung von Abbruch-, Sortier-, Verlade- und Erdarbeiten
  • Tägliche Kontrolle, Pflege und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den eingesetzten Maschinen
  • Erkennen und Melden von Schäden sowie Unterstützung bei kleineren Wartungsarbeiten
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Vorarbeitern und dem Baustellenteam

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Maschinist, Baumaschinenführer oder Baggerfahrer – idealerweise im Abbruch oder Rückbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Kettenbaggern und Abbruchanbaugeräten
  • Erfahrung mit Longfrontbaggern ist von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und ein gutes Gespür für Maschinen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sicherheitsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Baustelleneinsätzen und Montagetätigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur sicheren Verständigung auf der Baustelle
