  • 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience (Python expertise; Django a plus).
  • Proven ability to build and scale infrastructure—AWS or GCP proficiency; Kubernetes/Docker familiarity
  • Prior startup experience, ideally in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
  • Clear evidence of end-to-end product ownership (not just ticket work)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—former founders or operators especially valued
  • Thrives in high-responsibility roles: comfortable making architectural decisions and shipping quickly
  • CS Degree
