About the Role
As Fabrication Manager, you will lead the production and build of all event-related structures and scenic elements, ensuring that creative ideas are translated into high-quality, buildable realities.
This is a hands-on role where you will oversee fabrication workshops, suppliers, materials, and timelines — ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You will play a key role in bridging creative vision and physical execution, ensuring every build reflects the quality and ambition of LINKVIVA projects.
You will:
- Oversee the end-to-end fabrication process, including scenic elements, stages, installations, and structures
- Translate design concepts and technical drawings into practical, cost-effective build solutions
- Manage and coordinate suppliers, workshops, and fabrication teams (joinery, carpentry, metalwork, print)
- Ensure all builds meet quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements
- Track and manage production timelines, resolving delays and material challenges proactively
- Work closely with project teams to maintain budget control and cost efficiency
- Support on-site installation and execution, ensuring seamless delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, materials, and efficiencies
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver innovative and impactful builds
About You
✔ Strong technical knowledge of fabrication materials, methods, and construction processes
✔ Highly organized and process-driven, able to manage multiple builds simultaneously
✔ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and finish
✔ A proactive problem-solver, able to adapt designs to real-world constraints
✔ Collaborative and able to work across creative, production, and site teams
✔ Hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership from concept through to delivery
What You Need to Apply
✅ 6+ years of experience in fabrication, scenic production, or event build environments
✅ At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
✅ Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
✅ Experience overseeing joinery, metalwork, and print production
✅ Understanding of health and safety standards for fabrication and installation
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
