Deine Aufgaben

  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Selbstständige Bearbeitung aller Geschäftsvorfälle in den Bereichen Sachkonten, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung.
  • Abschlusserstellung: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse nach HGB.
  • Konzern- & Jahresabschluss: Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Konzern- & Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.
  • Konsolidierung: Durchführung der monatlichen Konsolidierung sowie der Gesamtkonsolidierung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Fachbereichen: Zentraler Ansprechpartner zu allen laufenden Themen.
  • Projektentwicklungskosten: Prüfung der periodengerechten und gesellschaftsbezogenen Zuordnung von Projektentwicklungskosten sowie deren bilanzieller Behandlung.
  • Umsatzsteuer: Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von (Buchhaltungs-)Prozessen und der Einführung neuer Systeme.

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise aus dem Bereich Erneuerbare Energien entlang der Wertschöpfungskette von der Projektentwicklung bis zum Betrieb von EE-Projekten – inklusive Betreuung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung von Projektgesellschaften in unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsphasen, von der Projektentwicklung und Bauphase bis zum operativen Betrieb beziehungsweise Verkauf.
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB sowie im Steuerrecht; erste Erfahrung mit Organschaftsstrukturen von Vorteil.
  • Software-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Business Central (MS BC) erforderlich; Erfahrung mit LucaNet wünschenswert, alternativ Erfahrung mit gängiger Konsolidierungssoftware; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Persönlichkeit: Organisationstalent mit einem strukturierten und serviceorientierten Arbeitsstil, Teamplayer mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise.
  • Sprachen: Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
