  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung internationaler Einkaufs- und Warengruppenstrategien
  • Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte sowie Identifikation neuer Lieferanten, Technologien, Trends und Einsparpotenziale
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung, Bewertung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten im Ausland
  • Unterstützung der Auslandsgesellschaften beim Aufbau regionaler Beschaffung
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Preis-, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Abschluss und Betreuung von Rahmenverträgen, Liefervereinbarungen und strategischen Partnerschaften unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität, Lieferfähigkeit, Risiken und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsvergleichen, Total-Cost-of-Ownership-Analysen und Make-or-Buy-Betrachtungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie regelmäßige Durchführung von Lieferanten- und Marktgesprächen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung, Prozessverbesserung und Reduzierung von Lieferkettenrisiken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung der Versorgung der Produktionsstätten mit Rohstoffen und Emballagen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, international Business oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise mit internationalem Schwerpunkt und Erfahrung in globalen Beschaffungsmärkten
  • Erfahrung in Vertrags-, Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • gutes Verständnis für technische, logistische und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts-, Vertrags- und Lieferkettenrecht sind wünschenswert
  • internationale Reisebereitschaft sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern
