Estamos contratando um(a) Copywriter para assumir a comunicação dos nossos funis — do clique ao pós compra.

É uma posição para quem respira copywriting e direct response: o foco inicial é escrever e otimizar anúncios (vídeos, influenciadores, estáticos), mas a atuação cresce rapidamente para toda a jornada: WhatsApp, E-mail, Funis e Landing Pages.

Responsabilidades

  • Escrita de copy: escrever e otimizar os ativos de maior impacto — criativos (vídeos, influenciadores, estáticos), landing pages, e-mails e advertoriais.
  • Arquitetura de funis: ser dono(a) da argumentação completa dos funis, do clique ao pós compra (anúncio → LP → oferta → recompra), garantindo coesão, performance e otimização contínua.
  • Otimização contínua: conduzir a agenda de aprendizados — analisar a performance dos funis, identificar gargalos e priorizar novos testes, diagnosticando o "por quê" e não só o "o quê".
  • Gestão colaborativa: dirigir editores e designers, e trabalhar em colaboração com o time de influenciadores, CRM e CRO.
  • IA aplicada à criação: construir e otimizar uma biblioteca de prompts para acelerar pesquisa e produção, aplicando uma camada final de bom gosto humano para elevar os outputs de IA além do genérico.

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida como copywriter de direct response (performance/aquisição), com portfólio que comprove resultado em conversão — não só copy institucional ou de branding.
  • Vivência construindo ou operando funis de aquisição completos (anúncio → landing page → oferta), idealmente em e-commerce, DTC.
  • Conhecimento prático de CRO: hipóteses de teste, testes A/B de páginas e ofertas, leitura de dados de conversão.
  • Familiaridade com CRM (e-mail e/ou WhatsApp) e disposição para trabalhar lado a lado com esse time.
  • Capacidade analítica: ler métricas de performance de criativos e funil, e transformar isso em diagnóstico e novas hipóteses de teste (não só reportar número).
  • Experiência orientando ou gerenciando produção criativa (editores, designers, freelancers ou influenciadores).
  • Boa escrita e senso estético apurado — capacidade de manter tom de voz e padrão de marca de forma consistente.
  • Vontade de usar IA como ferramenta de aceleração, sem abrir mão do bom gosto e do critério humano no resultado final.
