The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional VP, Health Systems Sales based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader to accelerate growth in the digital health and healthcare technology sector. You will lead enterprise sales initiatives targeting regional and national health systems and health plans, building a strong pipeline and converting strategic opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role focuses on consultative selling, executive relationship management, and navigating complex healthcare purchasing environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of AI-powered behavioral science solutions that improve patient engagement and help close gaps in preventive and chronic care. As a trusted advisor to senior healthcare leaders, you will connect business priorities with innovative technology to drive measurable outcomes. This remote-first position offers the opportunity to influence healthcare delivery at scale while contributing to the growth of an ambitious, mission-driven organization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship and must attend a mandatory, company-paid onboarding week at an office in Tennessee.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
