Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Parts Department

Subaru of Gainesville | Gainesville, FL

Subaru of Gainesville is looking for a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and working hands-on as part of a team.

This position pays $15.00 per hour and offers up to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming automotive parts
  • Maintain organized shelves, bins, and parts storage areas
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and processing parts returns
  • Track, organize, and maintain warranty parts
  • Help maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts
  • Pull and stage parts as needed for other Parts Department employees
  • Assist with general Parts Department organization and clean-up
  • Notify the Parts Manager of damaged parts, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
  • Provide general assistance to Parts Advisors and other Parts Department team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required
