  • Monitor intake volumes, cycle times, assessment status, approvals, policy compliance, exceptions, remediation commitments, and other program indicators to identify trends and process improvements.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, committee reporting, and executive-level insights regarding the AI inventory, governance activity, material risks, exceptions, issues, and program maturity.
  • Track identified risks, conditions of approval, issues, and remediation commitments through closure, and escalate overdue or material matters through appropriate governance channels.
  • Partner with Technology, Information Security, Data Governance, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and business teams to promote coordinated and efficient governance coverage.
  • Support regulatory examinations, Internal Audit reviews, independent assessments, and other inquiries related to AI governance processes, records, and controls.

  • Develop training, communications, procedures, and job aids that clarify AI governance requirements and support consistent adoption across the firm.
  • Promote a culture of responsible innovation, accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
