We're looking for a passionate and qualified Allied Health Practitioner to join our South West Queensland Mental Health Services team. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based mental health support to people experiencing a range of life challenges, helping improve wellbeing, resilience and recovery outcomes across rural and regional communities. Whether you're an experienced clinician, newly registered practitioner, or a provisional psychologist working towards accreditation, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing
Delivering individual therapeutic interventions and brief psychological supports Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans Monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as required Collaborating with healthcare providers and community services Managing clinical risk and maintaining clinical documentation Supporting positive outcomes for individuals and communities
What You'll Bring
Relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (AHPRA, AASW or equivalent) Experience or interest in supporting vulnerable and marginalised populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of clinical risk assessment and management Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred care Current Australian Driver Licence
