Als Hauswirtschaftsleitung (m/w/d) sorgst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass sich unsere Bewohner in einem sauberen, gepflegten und angenehmen Umfeld zuhause fühlen. Du koordinierst die hauswirtschaftlichen Abläufe, führst dein Team und stellst sicher, dass unsere Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

· Organisation, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des hauswirtschaftlichen Bereichs

· Fachliche Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden in der Hauswirtschaft

· Erstellung und Organisation von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen

· Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe in Reinigung, Wäscheversorgung und weiteren hauswirtschaftlichen Bereichen

· Überwachung und Umsetzung der geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

· Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und bedarfsgerechten Einsatzes von Materialien und Verbrauchsmitteln

· Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen

· Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Mitarbeitender

· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einrichtungsleitung, Pflege, Betreuung und Küche

· Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer hauswirtschaftlichen Prozesse

Das bringst du mit:

· Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Berufserfahrung in der Hauswirtschaft, idealerweise in einer Pflegeeinrichtung oder in einer vergleichbaren Einrichtung

· Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert

· Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hygiene, Reinigung und Qualitätssicherung

· Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliches Arbeiten

· Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und einen wertschätzenden Führungsstil

· Freude am Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
