Deine Aufgaben

Lohnbuchhaltung

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege von Personalstammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner für abrechnungsrelevante Fragestellungen
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern

Allgemeine Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von buchhalterischen Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Reports
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Struktur und Nachvollziehbarkeit

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r, Buchhalter:in, Industriekaufmann/-frau)
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV (wünschenswert)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
