Lives Lived Well is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our headspace Upper Coomera team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about youth mental health, service excellence, and supporting clinicians to thrive. In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership across the service, ensuring young people aged 12-25 receive high-quality, evidence-based care in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Manage and Develop a High-Performing Team Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, senior clinicians, peer workers, students, and private practitioners. You'll provide supervision, coaching, professional development, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Make a Genuine Community Impact Work within the nationally recognised headspace model and build strong partnerships with local services, stakeholders, and community organisations to improve outcomes for young people and their families. About the Role As Team Leader, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of headspace Upper Coomera. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team. Promote evidence-based practice and facilitate clinical review and multidisciplinary meetings. Support service planning, development, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities. Lead recruitment, performance management, workforce development, and team engagement initiatives. Monitor contracted practitioners and ensure compliance with organisational and headspace requirements. Build and maintain strong partnerships across the youth mental health sector. Contribute to innovative programs, research activities, and service development initiatives.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or another discipline eligible for professional registration. Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Demonstrated experience leading and managing multidisciplinary clinical teams. Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision and leadership to mental health and allied health professionals. Strong knowledge of evidence-based mental health interventions and contemporary clinical practice

Essential Requirements

Current Australian Driver Licence. Working with Children Check (Blue Card). Ability to meet Lives Lived Well vaccination requirements. Willingness to travel as required.
