Bei der LMIS bist Du als Product Owner nah am Kunden, am Entwicklungsteam und an den wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen eines Projekts. Du arbeitest mit einem fest zugeordneten Entwicklungsteam und begleitest Kundenprojekte von der ersten Anforderung bis zur Abnahme.

DAS ERWARTET DICH KONKRET

  • Du verantwortest Ziele, Scope, Budget, Termine und Reporting Deiner Projekte
  • Als zentraler Ansprechpartner führst Du regelmäßige Gespräche mit unseren Kunden, nimmst Anforderungen auf und klärst offene Punkte
  • Du pflegst und priorisierst das Backlog Deines Entwicklungsteams
  • Du verantwortest im Tandem mit dem Team die Auslastung und kennst die Auftragspipeline 1–2 Quartale voraus
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb an Angeboten, Aufwandsschätzungen und Nachträgen und bringst dabei Deine Projektkenntnis ein
  • Du steuerst Change Requests und sorgst dafür, dass Auswirkungen auf Budget, Termine und Teamkapazität transparent sind
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Vertrieb und weiteren Abteilungen und schützt das Entwicklungsteam vor unkoordinierten Anforderungen
  • Im agilen Alltag bist Du bei Sprintzielen, Refinements und Reviews dabei und für Dein Team bei fachlichen Rückfragen erreichbar

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte oder Produkte in agilen Softwareteams
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der direkten Kommunikation mit Kunden auf Fach- und Managementebene und kannst Anforderungen sowie Änderungen souverän verhandeln
  • Backlog-Management und Priorisierung gehören für Dich zur Praxis: Du kannst Anforderungen aufnehmen, sinnvoll schneiden, mit Akzeptanzkriterien versehen und nachvollziehbar priorisieren
  • Du verfügst über ein kaufmännisches Grundverständnis und kannst Budgets, Aufwände und Vertragsmodelle einschätzen und berücksichtigen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung über mehrere Monate, bspw. mit Meilensteinen, Forecasts, Risiken und Reporting
  • Du bringst ein technisches Grundverständnis für Softwareentwicklung mit und kannst mit Entwicklern auf Augenhöhe sprechen sowie Aufwände einordnen
  • Du triffst Entscheidungen selbstständig, kannst Prioritäten durchsetzen und auch Nein sagen, wenn Kundenwunsch, Budget und Teamkapazität nicht zusammenpassen
  • Du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung für die Auslastung eines festen Entwicklungsteams zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb die Pipeline weiterzuentwickeln
