Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: von der Bedarfsklärung bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung.
  • Du berätst Führungskräfte bei der Besetzung offener Positionen und arbeitest eng mit HR, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Du führst eigenständig Videocalls und persönliche Vorstellungsgespräche durch und bist für die Vor- & Nachbereitung verantwortlich.
  • Du identifizierst passende Talente durch Active Sourcing, baust dir ein strategisches Netzwerk auf und pflegst einen nachhaltigen Talentpool.
  • Du erstellst ansprechende und zielgruppengerechte Stellenausschreibungen auf Basis von Anforderungsprofilen und veröffentlichst sie auf passenden Plattformen.
  • Du pflegst und steuerst unser Bewerbermanagementsystem und dokumentierst alle Recruiting-Aktivitäten strukturiert.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Recruiting-Events sowie für unsere weiteren Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting und kennst die Abläufe im Bewerbungsprozess aus der Praxis.
  • Der Umgang mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen und gängigen Recruiting-Tools ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und in der Direktansprache von Talenten über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Xing oder vergleichbare Business-Netzwerke.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office mit und nutzt digitale Tools effizient.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig und hast Freude daran, neue Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen.
